2022 has started on a high note at VI! Early January, one of our US clients – a large IT firm – awarded us a point of operational excellence.
Obtained as part of a complex audio-video translation project, it reflects the close collaboration between our teams and the clients’s teams. In this particular technical context, we not only worked on providing the target translation, but also improving the source text. This involvement was rewarded by our client on delivery of the project, who felt that we had ‘exceeded their expectations’.
